What does Noviatic do, and what doesn't it do?
Noviatic is a European contract manufacturer of finished food supplements – we develop, produce and pack ready-to-sell products for supplement brands, pharmacies and distributors. We don’t sell products in bulk, we don’t broker materials and we don’t run our own consumer brands. Everything we make ships under your label.
How long from brief to first shipment?
For standard formats with an existing formulation, typically 10–12 weeks from purchase order to delivery. Custom R&D adds time depending on complexity – usually a few additional weeks for formulation development and a pilot batch. Your project manager confirms exact timelines once we understand your project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs depend on format and complexity and are set at the smallest batch size where full quality testing stays reliable. Pilot batches are available for new formulations. Exact MOQ is confirmed during the quote.
Can we use our own ingredients or actives?
Yes. You can supply your own actives or we can source from our qualified supplier network. Either way, every incoming material goes through our QC lab before it reaches a production line.
Will we work with one consistent contact?
Yes. Each brand gets a named project manager from first brief through every reorder. They coordinate between formulation, production, QC and regulatory – so you talk to one person, not seven.
